If your a RN and want to work nights FT they offer the 7 on/7 off night shift salaried position. The 7 on 7 off night shift does not get PTO/sick time and you get to work 109 hours per pay period because they are 15.5 hour shifts!! LPN's make more $$ because they work hourly (they don't work the crazy long shifts like RN's).
They did offer pto that was better than a lot of home health care agencies

You dont get sick days the cna manager will call and harras you on how you need to get better and you better be here or else. You could be having a real life threating situation and this perticular person will blow up your phone critizing you and belittling you, telling you you better do this or you may not have a job
