The pace varies based on the position at Sundance Vacations. Overall, we do work at a relatively quick pace, but that does not mean we work at a stressful pace. Telephone Service Reps are consistently handling phone calls, while Travel Consultants are consistently customizing travel packages. We strive to alleviate any stress-related factors in the workplace to ensure that the process runs smoothly. That has been a huge KEY TO SUCCESS! After all, we are #17 on the Best Places to Work in the USA.
