Depending on the role you are interviewing for there are a few stages. For most of the positions, the first round will be the Employer asking interview questions to the candidate for approximately 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Once the first round is over, the Employer will decide if they want to bring you back into the office for a job shadow. During the job shadow, the candidate will get the chance to see what they could be doing on a day-to-day basis. This part of the interview process is crucial as it gives a really good understanding of the position. Once the second round is over, the Employer will extend an offer if they feel the candidate is a fit.

We have an easy going and up beat atmosphere. We hire based on a set of company core values and look for candidates who are the best fit. Advice: relax and be yourself!

Very relaxed, just be truthful and it's a very smooth process, getting to training is the best part it's so much fun but not long enough to tell you everything you need to know about the job.
