Over the past few years, Sundance Vacations has listened to their employees and made changes to ensure work-place stress is at an all time low! Just this year, our generous owners paid for a personal Mindfulness coach who walks us through weekly meetings to relieve stress, anxiety, or anything that may be weighing down on the employees at work or at home. Talk about an awesome way to unwind!

Thinking the commission will have you stressed out? Worry not! We now offer an hourly rate PLUS commission for both Telephone Service Representatives and Travel Consultants. This means you will receive a steady weekly pay with the addition of commission. Now you can put your worries to the side and focus on being an awesome employee!
