Don't discrimiate the employees, when something is done wrong ,work with the employees.Instead of just firing them because you are upset. That not right, Need to treat the employees with respect
Yes get rid of management and replace with competent people instead of giving away supervision titles like Halloween candy. In this company it seems to me (and others) like the worse you do, the more rewards you get.
He should get rid of all upper management, give vacations, raises, advancement when earned get rid of esop, get good insurance for employees, and start treating employees with respect
