Sunflower bank is the most toxic environment I have ever been a part of.
Add one to the embarrassed column..
The person that started their answer with People- you must have been management at Sunflower, its your attitude that makes people hate working there. I actally had 2 great bosses there which is why I stayed as long as I did, but even they couldn't take the BS anymore and quit. I loved banking, and the customers and my coworkers. It was the constant pushing of meeting sales goals, and the lack of working equipment, and computers that took forever to turn on or work at all. I've worked at a few banks and Sunflower is one of the worst placed I have ever worked.
The biggest joke for a job. Send you to training then kick you out. Looks like there is plenty of turnover.
People - each day YOU choose your attitude. If you are confident in your abilities and take pride in your work, you will be recognized and rewarded. If you go to work each day expecting puppies and candy, banking is probably not for you.
I felt very embarassed.

They promised puppies and candy during my interview so I was high on all of that and then I realized I was working for a trainwreck and they pushed me out. Staff where I was based had this running joke of calling the bank "Unflower Bank" which was quite fitting. So, I had nothing positive to tell my friends and colleagues in the industry. I've had to warn many who were looking at positions with Sunflower since.
You will like working for this organization for a minute before you realize it was the worst decision you ever made!
I would not tell them anything good.
