Use the interview process as a training exercise in how well you can pick up on false promises. You’ll hear at least five; if you can pick up on three, you’re doing well. (And clearly don’t go to work there....)

If you have never had a job before, go ahead and work there a few months to get a little experience, and then quit and go to work for a bank that treats its employees good. If you already have banking experience go to any other bank.
