Great Solar Industry and fun workplace
Business Planner (Current Employee) –  San Leandro, CANovember 3, 2017
Great business model with hard working and caring project management team put in 100% toward Sunlink customers. A lot of opportunities in SCM and it's very difficult to change from unproductive Plan A to B... It will be costly if Plan A is existing... lack of quality data... should apply Best Practice and better Quality Data toward plan B.
Pros
Fun workplace and great products
Cons
Plan A SCM culture is Alive outcome of low/poor visibility

Overall company moral is good
Logistics Specialist (Current Employee) –  San Leandro, CASeptember 13, 2017
The management at this company is very "wipe their hands clean" type of managing. Appoints tasks to be done with no training or information. Does not follow up.

As a company the moral is good.

Not the place to be
Logistics Specialist (Former Employee) –  San Leandro, CASeptember 7, 2017
Management was so new, and little training provided. Asked for training, and sessions were scheduled and then cancelled. Hiring manager has no logistics experience, and the entire management was too new.
Pros
Snacks provided
Cons
Too many meetings, and you cannot get your work done. Management is too new.

A typical day at work
Logistic Coordinator (Former Employee) –  2131 Williams Street, San Leandro CAJune 29, 2017
Volume of work not well distributed, management with my participation was able to identify the problem in their supply chain and helped them allocate the resources.
Pros
Provided snaks and lunch often

Average place to work
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Ellijay, GAApril 19, 2013
Typical day performing patient relations clincal and clerical. I learned to alternate between two locations. Management was average and co-workers were great. The hardest part was learning to deal with drug addicted patients. The best part was when treatment worked.
Pros
helping others.
Cons
no significant problems.

Dynamic and interesting Solar startup, leading the way in novel technical thinking.
Senior Test Engineer (Former Employee) –  San Rafael, CAAugust 22, 2012
This company was a pleasure to work for. From a talented, youthful, and engaging staff, to a technically expert work environment, this company was a thrill and a pleasure to show up to every day.
