Coordinator in Austin, TX

If you work here and people quit (and they will due to high turnover), they will tell you to stick it out (the 10-12 hour days) while you do 2+ jobs. Training nonexistent. New supervisor every month or so (so much turnover here too - almost every month). Great people and potential.

They will try and push you out the door once you request FMLA. Everytime you put in PTO management will try and shame you for using the time off. The company is overwhelming shady.
Solar Advisor in Austin, TX

The company has a well-oiled, highly functional remote Solar Advisor team. Adapted to remote work probably better than most companies. However, upper mgmt wants everyone back in office. This is absolutely ridiculous. The hours are already long, the commute is H3LL and there is zero point to returning to the office! Literally EVERY PART of the Solar Advisor job can easily be done from home. You’d think a company who sells “clean energy” would understand the irony behind forcing everyone back into the office unnecessarily which means pushing THAT many more people to commute in their gas guzzling vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry guys, but don’t be surprised when everyone leaves as soon as you take away the only real benefit of the job-flexibility.

I loved my job. I loved the pay. However, my manager, a nice person in general, lacked in properly training, mentoring and judgement to properly determine when someone needed help or training until it was too late. Left people to figure things out solo while new in training

Management is terrible. They don’t tell you’re working until 7 am the morning of. They don’t communicate in a timely manner. Told me when hired would get a company vehicle within 7-10 days still no vehicle and it’s goin on 2 months now wouldn’t recommend working here.
