Seems like making money trumps all other goals regardless of the outcome. Errors often left for others to fix. Most mgt only cared about themselves and would talk about you behind your back. Horrible installs. Positive note...occasional swag, gifts or free lunches but not sure it's worth the tradeoff

The ratings tell it all. The fact that employees come to work every day and give 100% to keep the company afloat and then are tossed away like trash when they are no longer needed. Learned a lot of red flags to look out for in my future endeavors.

Such a mess. They throw so much responsibility at one person, while management is ALWAYS tied up in meetings every single day. The delegation of work is inconsistent, so if you’re good at your job you get more work. People cry at their desks, because they’re overwhelmed. Lots of nepotism in this company, so don’t expect a decent pay raise or promotion. Management will take your complaints but will not do anything to handle the issues. HR does not care about solving your problems either, they’ll ignore you until you get tired of contacting them. The CEO either has no idea how poorly his offices are being managed, or he genuinely does not care. Sales teams will sale to whoever they can and lie about what they are selling, leaving operations to clean up the messes and deal with angry homeowners.

Field manager is very moody, has fits and lashes out then acts as if nothing happened. She prefers to call people out publically before giving corrections while still in training. It's difficult to balance between doing a complete job in a customer's home while being threatened with being written up for spending too much time.

I worked for Sunpro briefly at one of their new locations. The very first day I showed up I saw 3 other workers smoking weed on the job, in work vehicles. That same day I saw a worker pass out in the back seat of the work truck at a job. It only got worse from there. Zero scheduling, everyone is expected to show up at 6am everyday, but if they don’t need 2 full crews for the day they will ask if anyone wants to go home at 6am. Not the night before, not the day before. Again, zero scheduling. Other workers have zero care for quality. In my short time there I did more than a few service repairs on leaking roofs due to bad installations. Sunpro has spread much too fast by the looks of it and now they’re paying for it. I left after a few weeks after getting tired of being around people smoking weed, at work, in the work truck, while on the clock, even some guys didn’t have a drivers license but were driving. Mindblowingly bad run business.
