A typical day of work would typically include discussing any issues they might run into while working with the CoPath application in the medical laboratory environment. This could include anything from failed billing chutes to corrupted word text fields in patient reports. Management and staff was very supportive, helpful, and encouraging in assisting with my professional and personal development within the company. The only downside of the job was that there was no training classes to assist in learning the functionality and processes of the CoPath application and how the application interacted with other medical laboratory software. The most enjoyable aspect of working at Sunquest was getting to help people solve problems in order to get laboratory results back to the medical staff and to fix any other software issues to help return the laboratory to its normal workflow.
