Seemingly so, the work environment looks remarkably harmonious; however, behind the doors/scene, there's much discord and unhappiness among the case managers. The amount of work is so much so, that it is no surprise why there's a lot of attitude issues. Many times over, the residents see this type of behavior and are very unhappy about a number of things that they do not get from their respective, assigned case manager.

I was overworked, the servers refused to help and berate me if I made a mistake. While the servers themselves drop dirty dishes leading me to do extra work. One server even use a tray cart load it up with dirty dishes and just leave it there for me with no help at all. Yet I am obligated to do their work and the cooks and dishwasher gets very little help overall. The hours were cut in my area so I have less time to do my job task. The hours were cut not because the hub was losing money, it was the Executive director giving herself a bonus check. Leading increased work and stress towards the entire staff. The amount of task for a dishwasher in Sunrise is just unreasonable. Already enough you have to clean the kitchen and do dishes but the dishwasher was responsible to also set up the bistro and transport the food cart to the Reminisce department and back to the kitchen. Cutting hours and excessive amount of tasks given to the dishwasher along with uncooperative staff forcing you to do their work is not worth working there. The upper management do not care over all whether it is the Executive director or district as long there the faculty is standing all that matters.
