This place is a mess. They can’t keep employees because of underpaying them, so the ones that do stay on have to work a hole bunch of over time and understafed all the time you have no time to really care for your resedants. They lie to you about how great it is to work here but then when you start the don’t appreciate the work you do and won’t think twice about stabbing you in the back. Do not work here especially the one in Lenexa KS.

In the six years that I worked as a Coordinator, executive director position turned over five times. The regional management was constantly changing, and they were truly unsupportive of any concerns but I frontline team members. Their main concern was making money. The core values that Sunrise started with in 1981 ceased to exist in 2017. I would not recommend working for a company that puts money before the health and well being of the staff and the residents.

Stressful, after being employed for about a week to a month you start seeing different things in there and you're not sure if they're right or not so when you go to ask a care manager or a coordinator they make it seem like everything is okay it's just part of the job
