Pay was higher at other companies for less work
Hired on for calls, decent schedule but other companies pay more for the same job. Angry customers more often than not. Wouldn't recommend it, not a lot of transparency with management.

Change the world and make a great living while doing it
I have worked a Sunrun for over 15 years now and I can say it has been by far the most rewarding professional journey of my life. There have certainly been ups and downs along this path. Fortunately many more ups! As a Sales rep I had to work very hard to learn all about the products and services the company provides, the training, support and resources were great. You do need to be fairly well versed at using a computer/iPad and navigating websites to be able to find what you need. The management team I have worked with has been just the right balance of support, accountability and encouragement. Overall, I am thrilled with my career at Sunrun and I welcome anyone who is considering a career move here to reach out to me directly. This is a Sales job, the harder you work, the more money you can make, for some people, this can be very challenging and overwhelming, there is positive pressure to perform just like there would be in any professional sports organization, when you channel this into positive energy and motivation, and push yourself to learn and succeed, this can be the most rewarding feeling of your professional career. Thanks

Emotionally brutal,
Their lead system is full of holes. They refuse to acknowledge the competition that has developed in the past two years. No raises for for inflation either.

Good energy from managers
This company does not train well. If you want this job, invest in seminars and other training outside of what they offer. No base salary. Just commission. Very stressful. No one is your friend it’s all just about the money. IT support is garbage.
