The interviewing process involves an initial phone interview to see if your truly interested and allow Sunrun to see if they are are interested in you. The in person interview is with an manager. You should of course dress and present yourself professionally but it is somewhat casual

It depends on if they can fix customer service and billing. Horror stories of installations that take years, the poor customer education and predatory sales practices hurt word of mouth. And they keep taking on orphan customers from failed companies without having basic customer care in place for their own customers.
