This company isn't a good place to work, they have the highest turn over rate of any security company I have ever seen. Bad communication with the supervisors. The supervisors at posts are rude and unprofessional and just plain nasty! Do not work for this c ompnay trust me! There seem to many hands in the cookie jar as they say. To much micro management again stay away from this company!!!!!

It's only right to cross train, from with-in, if you have 10 officers and the Supervisor quits or moves on, there should be someone asking who wants to be the Supervisor now? That is cross trainer, from that same job site,instead of ignoring, those who already work there, that have acknowledged, they are interested in moving up into management. Instead I've seen over and over again, they want to just hire someone else, that has never worked that site or in management. That's wrong for them to do that.

Not to much overtime only when it is okay with management, and have to wait to long to be advanced, been here for 19 ()years and still an officer. so much potential and can not use what I have been trained in there company. That's robbery , 19 years this guy stayed there.

Security companies and its employees come and go all the time. Some companies have the same motto, we can replace you. Yes, they can but, it'll always be a revolving door...I suggest to either work with a fantastic company or open up your own company...

If a person been a security guard over five years or more should be paid more.Start caring about people who have kids.Some people don't have family members that stay in the same state as them or trust everyone.Everybody can't afford the same things try to work with the guards more .Employees get sick also have doctors appointments,their kids have award shows and activities that the kids wants their parents there.A child don't feel good if their parents can't make it to a special event while other children parents are there and theirs is not .Its not a good feeling.Some of the guards understand you have a company to run and need your employees but it's hard on some people it's a struggle out here.Im just saying think about it this should be everywhere.As long as they bring proof of whatever they had to do or going on you should respect that but don't get to deep everyone don't need to dig into another persons personal life .

They should promote from within, cross train,pay the workman his hire what he is worth, always have their back, make sure training is available to all the guards not just managers friends,who do get the best jobs, with better pay, that's not right. Put up a new number for hit line that one don't work:( let the ones who want 40 hours work it. A main thing is , if someone wants to just work Second shift, stop trying to make them work 3rd or first, in the long run it works out better for all concerned.

Be better organized. My site operations manager lies all the time to us and to the client and i don't think it's professional. Hire more people. We can never request time off or anything because we have no back up officers to come in and help cover. Allow site supervisors to have say so in candidates that come over to the site. Multiple times he has just placed people over here that didn't want to be or didn't like it because it was boring, or had other obligations etc. Which made us have to do extra coverage all the time. Which as you can see I did not get properly compensated for.
