Friendly people, local owners.
Awsome Boutique Lender. Medium Size Lender, with only 2 Owners, who are responsive and always available. Compensation and Benefits are amazing. Great Upper Management, great environment.

Very busy and stressful.
Immediate hounding for information on a request given the day before without any timeframe for completion given. You feel like you are always behind. You work for specific branch managers and upper level management is looking out for their loan officers interests. Guidelines change all the time so learning is a constant upkeep. Everything is dumped on you and your expected to stay late without OT.
