very high expectations for very low gratitude

Unfortunately, I have to say that the company does not care about their employees. They are mainly concerned about production or quantity not quality. I am not one to bad mouth any place that I am employed, in fact I take a considerable amount of pride in what I do. This company doesn't even provide the right materials to fix things properly. The management cares about the bottom line, which to them is their bonus.
8 hours plus overtime
extreme heat and extended days on and being mandated to work those days
