Worst Place to Work
The management is horrible and lies right to your face even when he knows he is lying. They tell you one thing and get your buy in and then turn it against you. The stress is unbelievable. They do offer unlimited PTO, but there are no back ups, so you end up working on your days off.

I had a tough time trusting the closers. There was a lack of communication constantly between me and them. I would reach out to them through phone call as well as text and would get no responses.

Not paid whats agreed.
Horrible management. Compensation is never what was agreed upon. Company organization is absolutely horrible. Nobody in the office can answer questions you might have.

Do Not Work For Suntria
This is a horrible place to work, they are faking there numbers they misplay people are focused on getting a sale no matter what ruining home owners lives. Upper management is horrible. If this was a publicly traded company would be very bad for them falsifying numbers. My advice do not work for this company.
