Keyboard Specialist I (Former Employee) –  Brockport, NYJuly 29, 2017
Although I was a temporary employee I was able to learn many skills and gained a lot of experience while I was there. Had they not been under a hiring freeze at the time, I am sure I would of became a permanent employee.

Circulation Assistant (Former Employee) –  Drake Memorial LibraryJuly 18, 2016
Met many diverse students through the library. Management was very flexible with hours and consistent with communicating any changes to policy or upcoming events. Taught a lot about customer service when dealing with students in various situations. Management also held occasional parties to celebrate incoming and graduating students who worked in the library. We were allowed to do our homework when things were slow at the circulation desk. the hardest part was checking in/out electronics due to the excessive preliminaries of the agreement students had to sign to be eligible each semester to use them.
Pros
Occasional parties, friendly staff, great way to navigate resources for staff
Cons
Disarray of shelver assignments
