Packer/ line leader in training in Shelbyville, KY
on June 9, 2019
I worked here for a few months. In those first few weeks I really enjoyed it. The lady that hired me was great! My supervisor was kool. I advanced to line leader in training in just 3 weeks. The problem was these people in management were so confused about what they were doing that they took it out on us. Made it hard to come to work. They would yell at the inspector for finding default in the product and have them ship horrible items just to get it out. By the end of my time there I hated this job. The pay is ok and if you work hard you can advance.

it was really hot in the summer an very cold in the winter. Most days it was pretty simple depending on which parts that were being painted.you always left work with powder paint all over you. My supervisor was great .

No heating and no cooling just space heaters and some fans. It’s not fun to do hard work contsantly in the 98 degree weather and have no one that knows what is going on or how to fix something when it goes wrong. It’s all very frustrating.
