This more critical take, for an employee who meets expectations but doesn’t reach for higher aspirations, comes from Bright Hub shows great aptitude for leadership, but he doesn’t seek out additional professional development opportunities.

Competitive in the Bay Area market

Stop with hype and be more real. Also, in the regional offic there are too many leads who are related making it impossible to be objective or fair.Good basic salary and commission.

Very helpful company and the managements is also good.

Good supporting system.

While there are still times where it feels the company is trying to find it's way, the level of empathy and care that leadership shows for it's employees is unmatched. Add in great benefits, comp, and the ability to be fully remote?! AMAZING!

Good behavior and great culture.

Everything they do is a distraction from what they should be doing, and while arm chairing them is easy, company retention, results and revenue challenges are a direct result of repeated bad decisions and ineffective leadership.

That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. Nice company.

Good company to work ...

Quotient does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process.

Good environment and very nice managmet.

Quotient has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since Quotient is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel.

Pros

You will have read the reviews of the free lunches, coffees and grand days out/ parties.

Cons

At times it does get extremely busy which can be stressful, but the teams are always willing to support.

Great company to work for. No complaints what so ever. Had 3 great contracts with them. There is always a person to talk with about your contract and they check up on you as the year goes.

Stand behind your word and stop thinking you do not have to do any of the work. You need help but your investors become so tired of the stories. You need help.

If your a hard worker, come to work.

.Groups need to split evenly. Your you own manager and you do have higher ups but your working at your own pace to ensure the needs are met of your clients.
