Learned a lot at SuperCare but you had to do your own learning. Training was horrible. Manager I was under was horrible and in no way wanted to help her team succeed. I believe if it wasn’t for the passion I had to work for patient care and my team I would have be gone a long time ago. Disappointing how the root cause of problems is not seen. Don’t - more... get me wrong yes there is a lot of work there it’s fast pace place for sure multitasking is needed to survive in your position. - less

Great and fun people. The culture is fun and light. Management however, is not very stable and there is a lot of miscommunication. The managers don't seem to have a handle on the rules and regulations of their territories.
