Since the turn over rate is EXTREMELY HIGH and the schedules are soooo flexible it would be helpful to employees to have schedules done at least 2weeks in advance! Help us help you!! Seems to me that Supercuts care more about themselves and making money more than the employees that HELP THEM make money!!!
