The great thing about working at superion was knowing that the work you do will benefit local communities across the nation. No chances of professional development and growth
Software Developer/Support in Bethlehem, PA

The first several months of working here were a time to get acquainted with the company, its products, its mission, and its customers. Several people assisted me in that process. I wound up in a position that was different than my job description. At first, it was intimidating but eventually I became energized to do the position and ended up liking the new opportunity. I also liked working with the rest of the team.

Not a place for professional development or advancement. A large workload that requires working overtime to stay caught up. Was a family oriented culture but now it is all corporate and doesn't feel like the managers care about your health and well being.

Management has made questionable executive decisions regarding direction of the company based on sales, service offerings and employee management. As such not being competitive has placed them behind major service providers of the same offerings
