Knowing that you have a job is good. However, going in with a good attitude and coming out really grumpy due to everything else happening beyond your control can be a DAILY stress that is unnecessary if they would do upkeep on the machines on the weekend when the company is down or not so busy, stock during the day and straighten up and reinvest in their equipment for pride in their company vs getting more rights and territories to grow the business and their wallets in the executive side of the building and show appreciation for the workers at the core such as, customer service, warehouse workers that do good jobs with the correct picks, loaders who load the trucks, drivers who shuttle, delivery drivers who see your customers everyday. There are people who take pride in their jobs there and then there are those that need to be weeded out. Teamwork is a big part of this operation and better communication is needed. The upstairs needs to come down and work side by side with the little man and give up that big chair paycheck for what the little man makes in a week and stay the entire shift. As we are told to stay till it is done. Don't ask of us what you would not do yourself any and every day of the week.
Stressed. Management is not on your side what so ever. No one is held accountable.
Never knew what I was going to be doing that day,

Each day, I instantly stress about having to go into work. There is never a day where you can breathe and confidently say that today will be a good day.
