This is a great P/T or between job. The work gets slow some days, therefore there is not a steady or set schedule. You are on call during the slow times. Overall it is a nice place to work. I love driving the new cars and trucks. The manager over Fleet is great, easy going and considerate.

In the beginning of a day at work, I make the most calls possible in order to bring customer in and sell them a car. If this doesn't work, I stay outside waiting for the customers who walk in to the dealership. I also learned how to build a good relationship with everyone. The management is really poor. And this makes the workplace culture unbearable to live in. The hardest part of the job is when sometimes I spend the whole day without making a sale, this annoys me.

I also had a good experience with management and loved the way they helped me be positive and progress through the art of selling a car.

Sometime you dont get a sell and if you have a off customer base then some days you don't get paid.

I think that the owner does a good job of trying different things out to get better results. The desk was not particularly aggressive and neither was the finance team, so i do believe that costs me some deals.
I did experience some unfair treatment that resulted in termination, so I don't feel good about that...obviously! I would have appreciated the Owner or HR taking interest in the outburst from management, but I guess that's not how they do business.
Small store environment...if you need to learn the business in a less aggressive environment
Non-aggressive Desk and Finance Department. Not particularly good at managing internal matters.

You meet a lot rude customers and also have to put up with a lot of disrespect from co-workers. they try to cheat you out your pay or blow your deals by running customers off with too high of numbers without budging.
