When I first started many years ago I would have given the place a lot higher rating. Currently and for the past few years it continues to get worse.Appreciation falls short . Communication is a major issue. Lack of advancment / crosstraining. You will work at the same machines/area everyday there's no rotation. Employee moral is extremely low. The manager expect too much. Problems don't get resolved. HR has forgot what the H and R stand for.
Productive and safe workplace. Many types of machines that produce a variety of different small and large quantity production parts for various manufacturers around the world.

In general its not a bad place to work. The benefits are really exceptional, they are flexible with vacation time or any hours missed you can make up. What i dont like is there is an old fashioned culture. Not a lot of open-minded thinking and sometimes leaders dont communicate well. Attitudes are mostly good but there is more than a few downers.
