Appreciation falls short . Communication is a major issue. Lack of advancment / crosstraining. You will work at the same machines/area everyday there's no rotation. Employee moral is extremely low. The manager expect too much. Problems don't get resolved. HR has forgot what the H and R stand for.

Great company to work for. Great coworkers and good pay and benefits. Management is very understanding of employees and quickly become like family. Great company events and potlucks throughout the year.
Machine Operator II in Saint Albans, VT
on October 17, 2019
In general its not a bad place to work. The benefits are really exceptional, they are flexible with vacation time or any hours missed you can make up. What i dont like is there is an old fashioned culture. Not a lot of open-minded thinking and sometimes leaders dont communicate well. Attitudes are mostly good but there is more than a few downers.
