Interviewed with 2 supervisors who introduced themselves and gave their background first; which was great. They both clearly described the job duties and expectations and then gave me ample time to talk about my work history and qualifications. Probably one of the most comfortable and positive job interviews I have ever experienced. Interview was about 30-40 minutes. Received job offer within 24 hours of interview.

Any of these thing can and often leads to stressful environment. We have it all unfortunately. High turn over, bad to non existent training, lack of transparency and team work, lone wolf mentality , no diversity, bad bcommunication, mismanagement, unskilled managers(wonder how some made it). Inconsistent work structure and policies, high school mentality by most workers(gossip , always on social media vs working)very cliquish. No employee support

In any interview, preparation is key. Read the job description carefully and choose those requirements that best align with your skills, past work experience and life experience. Doing this will allow you to specifically describe why you are great fit for the job position you are seeking and give you confidence in doing so.
