Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Boston MAJuly 23, 2017
They pit employees against one another and pick winners. The winners are often not based on performance but on other nonwork related things.Upper management needs to learn better people skills

Run , don't walk away from this company
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Attleboro, MAJune 20, 2017
Lack of communication from upper management is a huge problem , but management blames it on everybody else but them.
Owner Jason is biggest problem there. He is big headed and full of himself & doesn't listen to qualified employees even managers.
Make sure you get everything in writing.
Because of management they lost a guy that was there for over 25 years and very close to loosing me
Company is not committed to what they say they are
Very unappreciated of things that employees do to get the job done even when they go above and beyond what is asked of them.
They have some great people working for them and it's a shame that they have to deal with things like all of this
Pros
Good people working there
Cons
Jason Reardon will be the downfall of this company

Narrow-minded approach to market conditions
Outside Sales Manager (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 26, 2017
Major disconnect between management and their branch in Boston. Out of touch with market conditions, major loss in sales due to poor and uncompetitive pricing structure, plus a lack of commitment from upper management.

Kitchen & Bath Sales (Former Employee) –  Attleboro, MAMay 23, 2017
Good stable environment, family owned, easy to work with. Typical day is working with customers in a retail showroom assisting with purchasing of plumbing fixtures for bath remodels.
Work with plumbers in jobs and lots of opportunity to learn about plumbing first hand.
Pros
Solid company
