Make your own schedule was a positive, what was learn while employed was check to make sure the consent of release are legal, poor management consisting of inappropriate approaches from language, gossip, and boundaries. Hardest part of the job is not enough patients and management not working towards obtaining additional consent of release for services within the facilities. Most enjoyable part of the workplace were the patients.

This is not a good place to work . Management wants you to see many clients. They do not care about people. Money and their nursing homes comes first. You must sell your soul
