All Nursing staff work 12 hour shifts. I think this is a great thing for several reasons. Outside of a nursing position, I do not know what hours others positions are given.

You where not allowed to use your sick time unless you where sick for three days or longer then you had to file for an FMLA. then it had to be approved through HR. As far as how many days per year it all depended how long you have worked there. you would get so many minutes per pay period

15.50 and did not work weekends. I was started at below average for the starting wage.

I would enforce confidentiality between employees. I would create more equal opportunities. Make room for advancement for lower class employees. I would not play favorites. I would require proof of discrepancies from managers before punishment of an employee. I would employ a points system to give someone an opportunity to fix something they have done without them loosing their job right away. I would enforce policy by the book and not make thing up as I go.
