Easily the worst company I have worked for in my entire life. To put that into perspective for you, I was a manager at a McDonald’s for two years, and I would rather do that job for the rest of my life if it meant I never had to set foot through Sutherlands doors again. There is a constant turn around with employees because once they finish training (where you’ll play hangman, not actually learn anything to benefit you on the floor) and realize what management is actually like, people drop like flies. You can NEVER take the PTO that you’ve earned, nor can you cash it out or roll it over to the following year. There is never a manager around to help with difficult customers, and if there is, they will tell you to put the customer on hold until they hang up. You can just feel how miserable everyone is around you. They second I walked out of that place I felt a huge sigh of relief. Never in my life have I walked out and just quit a job without giving a proper and professional 2 weeks notice; with Sutherland I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Run!

It was a contract driven environment and the main concern was not the employees but making sure the contracting clients were pleased. I thought that the main purpose of the position was to assist the customers and make sure their needs were met but the main thing that they wanted from us was making sure we met the required numbers set by the contractors.

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked for in my life! Rate of pay does not equal what they expect you to do. When they first arrived in Las Vegas to start a location here, they acted like they were a new company trying to start a new company! They change expectations of employees daily!! If you are a corporate butt kisser or brown noser, you'll be fine. Otherwise, they'll let you go, and make up a "reason" (LIE!!) as to why they did!! Lol...what a joke! They don't want you to lie, but it's okay for them to lie in order to cover themselves and justify their ridiculous actions. Just talk fast, DON'T care about customer, it's all about the numbers.

I love working for Sutherland Global CloudSource division. Virtual call center environment is absolutely amazing. Sutherland them self gives and offers a lot of support, training and incentives. Every encounter I have had with human resources went up and beyond the scope of their guidelines. Their flexibility is astonishing. They give a lot of PTO out. They have pet insurance. Who has pet insurance! They help agents find homes during hardship. They contests were you win amazing gifts and promptly sends to your house. They hand over amazon gift cards like it was going out of style. So many ways to meet friends. There is nothing negative about working for Sutherland and the work environment is how you dive into it. Dive in positive and you will experience a new world!
