Cause: Stop hiring people who lack education and experience! Life skills and Cna does not count as experience to work with psych patients!Effect: This leads to an unsafe environment, lack of professionalism and low moral. Good workers end up picking up their slack, and are emotionally, physically and mentally drained.Enforce zero tolerance on harassment and bullying.
