overworked under appreciated

awesome crew, facility have been great. I have felt unappreciated by management, and this LEAN has system has left a lot to desire. Whenever, we ask for a RAISE, we are basically Laughed at.

Pay and benefits are very good

this company nowoffer very ggod salary and benefits , they are v ery organized and used lean and sigma in most departments. Mangemtn don;t care about staff as much that they should.

Great Job and great experience

I recommend this work site. There is opportunity to grow, develop skills, & earn good income. The Benefits were also a plus, service was beneficial .
