I enjoy my work schedule in this program because it gives me the opportunity to prepare in advance for the next day.

I worked in four similar companies and I can testify that Suwannee Valley 4cs is the best of the four, for its benefits and its commitment to employees, father and children. I am very happy with my work and my colleagues. I have the opportunity to express my concerns without fear. The staff at the central office in Lake City is super friendly.

SV4cs provides their employees with a one week Of Fun And Learning Summer Institute in-service hours.

I have loved working for this agency for 21 years now. I was able to grow in my position as a Teacher Assistant to a Lead Teacher then was given the opportunity to come back to a teacher position. This company have been of help to me and my family. I upgraded my education with them while working.

Loving family oriented

Sv4cs is dedicated to serving the family’s in our center. The women I work with are amazing and wonderful to work with they make the day pass quickly and the work environment fun. The children love to learn and interact with each other and the parents a very friendly. Sv4cs is a great work environment with higher than average pay and great benefits.

Unappreciated

I feel like the teachers aren’t appreciated enough for how hard they work. They always have something to nitpick about. If you try and apply for a little bit higher up position they don’t want to actually help you move up like they claim to. They have favoritism towards some of the sites and people.

Co Workers

I work with a group of people who are all about teamwork and will help when needed and asked. They are very caring and willing to teach you the things you need to know and more.

Teamwork

The team work between the teachers, director, and teacher mentor at the center I work at is great, it's more like a extended family, than just co workers. The hours are great and being off on weekends and holidays is also a plus.

Free breakfast and lunch everyday, COLA increase all most every year

The Sisterhood the teachers have with one another

All teachers have a very strong bond with each other. Teachers work together to provide quality care for all the children and families we serve.I love my co-workers.

Fun work place

I love my job. When I need time off of work, I never have a problem being approved for the time. People that I work with are nice and I'm very comfortable with talking to them about anything. We have gotten extra pay while working during the pandemic, not to mention the children leave the center at 2 allowing you to do all necessary planning for the next day.

Great Pay and Sense of Family

SV4C's is a great place to work. There is plenty of room for growth and one of the highest paying jobs you will find in the child care industry around Lake City. I have been employed with the agency for almost 6 years and I love it. I have had opportunity for advancement and have created special bonds with the people I have worked with. Management really cares for their staff and will always stand behind you 100%!!

A great place to work for.

I enjoy working for this agency. It has a great schedule, off on weekends. Everyone is a team player and helps out anyway they can. There is always room for advancement, as well as scholarship opportunities to advance your education. Also, you are able to create bonds with the children you work with and see them excel and learn new things daily.

Good, bad

At first, I enjoyed it and was happy. They place so much work on the lead teachers and nothing on the assistants. They never give you the support you need to handle the behavior issues that arise. Your stress level skyrockets when working with behavioral issues and they don’t give you the help you need to handle those issues.

The teacher are wonderful we bond together to form a family to care for the families we serve everyday. The hours are wonderful. You off every weekend and home at night with your family.
