Tutor (Former Employee) – System-wide – August 9, 2018
This school system can't keep higher-echelon managers. Why? Because the people that are hired are incompetent. They do NOT know how to treat subordinates, and many of them have indiscretions of their own. Think twice about working in this environment.

Managers and their overall incompetence and lack of trust
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Swampscott, MA – November 15, 2017
The Swampscott Public School Department is a great place to work. The staff, the children and families make the very busy job bearable and actually very fun. I enjoyed working there. The very poor leadership is the ONLY flaw, albeit a big one.
Great Learning Environment for Teachers and Students
ABA Tutor (Current Employee) – Swampscott, MA – October 21, 2015
Both the staff and students in this town are exemplary to work with. I have acquired many behavioral and classroom management skills as well as learning how to collaborate different ideas and experiences and having team support in all areas of work and learning. The special education department in this town is a phenomenal example of leaving no child behind, whether it be academically, socially, or emotionally.
