Lots of benefits but job security is not stable

My experience was that they have a lot of great benefits and they offer all sorts of services and products through HR but the job security is not stable. I constantly heard talk of people's departments being cut and restructured. While I was working there, we were restructured and many different positions were closed through attrition and the remaining - more... employees had to absorb those responsibilities. ProsThere are many benefits options and the pay was competitive.
ConsJob security always felt unstable and the turnover rate seemed very high.
