As a new driver there is a lot to learn and very little training. You spend 6 weeks learning what to do at a railroad crossing but no time being taught how to use the Qualcomm and the Comdata system. That training is left up to your mentor and everyone agrees that maybe 1 out of 6 mentors aren't just using you. You usually get around 1600 miles a week at .37 a mile it's impossible to get reimbursed for your receipts and there's a fee to pull your paycheck out of the ATM.

Found a job with a different company. And the reason going to a different company is that bosses take the drivers side, even after the driver has fused out the driver leader or has belittled the driver manager, and manager allows drivers to go over driver leader head and to hee and by passes driver manager and then over turns what the driver manager has asked driver to do.
