In-competent managers; no team work as your peers are quick to throw you under the bus. You can't reach out to ask a question to a peer because they will twist it to make them look good and you look bad. Be prepared to be a "YES SIR" type of worker or you get nowhere; bad environment, bad company to allow this to happen...

The culture is petty and win-at-all-costs. You are going but a fly on the windshield of Swire and they will routinely tell you so. If you're a corporate bootlicker you might advance a bit. Say goodbye to your wife and kids because you won't be seeing them while employed here.
