This company has a great culture and beautiful atmosphere. The people all work together collaboratively to benefit the organization. Everyone is very approachable, helpful, and supportive. I really feel part of a team.
Bad. Management is completely pointless and supervisors don't do anything and are quick to blame anyone but themselves. Training? Ha! They'll work you like a dog and treat you worse. You get sucked in by the money but it's not worth it. At all!
It’s horrible selfish managements, they don’t pay on time. You have to run after people for your overtime to be out in. Sometimes you’ll be missing hours. Disrespectful people. They don’t appreciate. Please don’t work here they are horrible. They should be shut down. They’ve gotten the labor board called of them plenty of times. They’ll do anything and lie in your face to avoid responsibility and giving you the money you’ve earn. And when it comes to stepping up to them they decided to take away your badge and fire you. Stay away please
I met people that have been working for this company for more than a year and still had no uniform ,,,i was there for 4 months and was able to see what a joke of a company this is, pay is horrible supervisors could careless about you and on top of that they will throw you under the bus all the time . Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company .

Swissport taught me to fuel fuel planes among other controls. Very friendly and helpful work environment including management. Enjoyed seeing different type of aircrafts and getting the opportunity to fuel them.
The company is a great company but that area need better supervisor.

The regular workers are great to work with , but when you work with some one that do not know what their doing it hard
Extremely unorganized company, no team work, very dangerous work environment, no proper training, & no sense of direction . Nobody in the company really wanted to assist or guide the new person. The job was really a fend for yourself type of job when team work should be the main goal .
While I really enjoyed the job and dealing with customers, the Management was not the best. There was entirely too much favoritism. Too much emphasis on what you looked like, your age and your ethnicity. Not enough emphasis on doing a good job or customer compliments. If you were not from the same background as Mgrs, you were left out. High turnover rate as well
