What is going on
Warehouse Associate (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXApril 20, 2018
Management is a joke, the hours are ridiculous, and the overall work environment is toxic to say the least. Every warehouse has its ups and downs but the bad times far exceed the good. The actual job and its requirements are easy once you get some experience under your feet, but that is one of the few redeeming qualities.
Pros
They wont fire you
Cons
They wont fire anyone, long hours, low pay for work required

Great company overall, at the location I was at however, we received little to no support to build associates up. VP/GM was more anxious in firing than building quality people.

Very hard work, but they will compensate you for your duties thru hourly and incentive program. I've learned time is money and you got to do it safely as well. The hardest part of the job is the management process can be crucial at times.
Pros

Delivery driver
Driver (Current Employee) –  Charlotte, NCDecember 17, 2017
I regularly pickup a truck/ trailer and paperwork and head to the destination and deliver food/products. I've learned how to navigate multiple consumers/venues . Also, I've learned the art of coordinating stops with accurate timing. The hardest part of my job is being away from home twenty four plus hours but I do really like the physical aspect of my job.

Needs new upper management
Lead Receiving Coordinator/ Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Charlotte, NCNovember 27, 2017
Upper management only promotes from their friend pool. There is plenty of overtime way more than most people want. Except for the chosen few that can get buy with doing way less than the required 100% performance.
Pros
Pay and overtime
Cons
Shady practices, anything to cheat the employee

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Danville, ILNovember 4, 2017
This place may be cutthroat, but that shouldn't be a problem as long as you are willing to work. It can be stressful, and the job is very fast paced. The benefits are amazing however.
