Be advised that Sykes is different at their various locations. In Alabama, there is no night shift, but I’ve seen online that some places do have night shifts.


3pm first shift then every hour there's a new shift until 9pm. I myself worked as opener so it was 3pm to 12am


The program that I worked on was 24/7. Other programs opened at 9am and closing at 10pm.


Not really you get your own desk and work space but don't get to comfortable because the new employees will come in and you have to move farther down the way


Its a full 8 hour day with 30 minute lunch. whatever shift you get once your out of training is the shift you keep until another shift bid happens. there are no seasonal shifts.
