This is actually easiest place to get hired for anyone hiring girls not that bad just hire anybody from anywhere best thing they'll even let bums off the street work guess all needs a check to bad it's not what we earned
I went for my first interview which I had to do a typing test 05/10/18 and my second interview is 05/14/18 with a team lead which is stupid because I thought I was going to get hired on same time when I got done with the typing test and was interviewed by a recruiter
I had two audio conference calls, and one video conference call, but I was also moving 500 miles away for the position.
From what I’ve noticed, each location’s process is different. I am in Alabama, so the following information can differ based on where you are located, as well as if you’re applying to work in office or from home. I was texted to show up for an interview. They gave out a clipboard with interview questions, write your answers. If you’re not done writing the answers before they call you, it’s fine. You go over your answers with the interviewer. If the interviewer was satisfied, he/she will send you to do your scripted role play with a team lead. (If you did not appease the interviewer, they tell you they’ll be in touch with you). If the team lead liked you, you do your on boarding paperwork, background check, offer letter and profile on the computer as well as take the drug test which is a saliva read. So, basically, if you did well then you should have an offer and completed tasks on their computers before leaving. However, it is a conditional offer and can be waived if you fail the background check or the drug test.
The interview process was supper easy.
