Be advised that Sykes is different at their various locations. In Alabama, there is no night shift, but I’ve seen online that some places do have night shifts.

It depends what campaign you get signed too.
Some of this stuff maybe true but its not my experience.
I was hired full time assuming 40 hours but the first 3 weeks I did not get but 25
$tay away from anything Walmart. all they want is people that answer phones from Black Friday until January 5th. You will not have a normal life your schedule will always change and nobody in Human Resources will listen if you have a secondary job. Oh yeah it's called the Walmart carousel and unless you're a teenager or a down on your luck adult still living with your parents then this job is or should not even be applied for
