Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) (Former Employee) – Wilmington, MA – March 15, 2018
Symbotic was a good place to work. Since I have been in the supply chain business for many years, this was a new experience. Symbotic is taking warehouse applications and making them automated, and since my background is warehousing, it certainly is the future. I enjoyed my time there and wish them continued success.

Commissioning Manager (Current Employee) – Wilmginton Ma – August 2, 2017
Let me begin by saying that this company has a lot of good people working for them. However, the management is a mess, and this misleadership constantly puts their employees in high stress situations where they are pressured to work long hours without formal compensation.
Promises are often made without any intent to follow through. They often lie to their employees to squeeze work out of them because every project is months behind schedule.
I leaned a lot during my time, as most people would spending most of their life working on an automation system. It wears you down until you break and have to find other work.
Good people, Bad management that treat you like slaves!
Testing Engineering Lead (Current Employee) – Wilmington, MA – May 25, 2017
There is no such thing as Job work/Life Balance. They tell you AFTER you start then they want you to work every Saturday for life. You do not get paid overtime either. Managers yell at you for being 5 min. late even though you have put in about 15 to 20 hours of overtime each and every week. Just recently they made me take a vacation day even though it is a standard holiday. Management treat all there people like slaves and get away with it. High turn over because everyone gets burnt out after a while working here.
Vacation is 3 weeks a year and you also have 60 hours of Sick time.
