If you like to cold call 24/7 and then be put down for when people don't want to purchase a plan, then this is the place for you. They have a great team atmosphere if you're a producing agent. It is hard to get people to not ghost you for appointments.

You can make your sales goal if you put in the work. The problem is you don't earn an honest commission from them. Imagine having a thousand dollar sale just to make a couple hundred dollars! I'm convinced agencies only make money from recruitment and not because their making sales themselves. It's possible to sell a lot but earn little. Beware!
