It’s a company that respects doing the right thing, always. Integrity, high morals, positivity. Will some bad apples get in? Undoubtedly. Report them and move on with better people. It’s a company for entrepreneurial people who don’t need to be lead by someone else, and take responsibility for their own successes. If you prefer employee status and work with direct oversight and direction this probably won’t be a good fight for you. I’ve worked for 2 international corporations that weren’t nearly as cleanly structured and organized as this group is. Great culture. Good people. Substantial opportunity.

No you don't have to be licensed to start with them they will get you into the course you need to pass the test and get your license. Its different amount in other states but in California its about 85 dollars for the course and $75 for the state test to get your license.
