One of the biggest problems with symplr is the concept of people who have no contact with customers making company/product decisions without working with the employees on the ground. The company was once known by customers for exceptional products and industry-leading customer service. This is no longer the case. As they have been trying to build out - more... the portfolio at a pace that was not sustainable. Their main goal to sell the company over creating quality products and service. - less
