Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC
on May 25, 2022
Overall, a decent job with a supportive work environment but we could be paid more. Customer service can become redundant doing the same job every day and answering the same questions over and over. The company harps on you about your talk time on the phone but fails to realize that we are working with older clients so the calls are going to naturally be longer. The company is constantly adding more things for us to cover/offer with the customer on top of resolving whatever they called about in the first place, which agains makes your call time longer. It’s too much that we have to do/deal with to only get paid $20/hr.

Great pay , wfh options. But i hate talking on the phone. That’s literally the only downside for me. If that’s your thing, go for it. Pay is weekly as well ( loveeeee that )

The best company I have ever worked for. No longer with the company because the offices in my area closed. Looking forward to relocating to once again apply and continue being part of this great company family.
Customer Service Representative - Collections in Canton, OH

At least once a quarter the employees in my department had the opportunity to be rewarded for reaching and/or exceeding certain goals. The goals were set by the department. On several occasions I have one tickets to play’s, gift certificates, a laptop and sometimes a gift that someone may consider small, a plaque stating that I was a star.
Claims Processor l - Pets Best in Remote

Overall this is a great company. Management is the best part, they really take the time to get to know employees and do what they can to help. However there is absolutely no reason to have claims analyst teams working weekends... not even rotating weekends, every single weekend (you pick Saturday or Sunday) is required. Say goodbye to family get togethers or kids sports.
