The worst management I've ever had. Union rep might as well not be there and unfair distribution of work some people killing themselves to get it done others not doing much if any work.

promote work life balance but mandate overtime all the time. work 8.5 hours a day with a 30 minute unpaid break. Lone wolf mentality where every team only cares about their team and dont look at the big picture.

Executive leadership too inexperienced to help others get developed. Profanity towards others expected and happens daily.

Favoritism goes unchecked. Reported but ignored.

Current leadership expects managers to work continuously without breaks. Management works 6-7 days per week for months on end.

Some managers not leaders.

Syncreon Kansas City Transports parts to the Harley Plant closing in Summer of 2019. This company is a dead fish! Night time truck driving is the most boring thing you can do. The pay is like 19.65 an hour. Which is trash! The only perk is its 4 days a week.

Syncreon provides a vast opportunity to work in both the United States and abroad as there are multiple facilities worldwide. There are operations ranging from the automotive industry to technology such as Apple and Dell. The organization offers training for advancement and opportunities for travel with both the management and IT side of the operations. Depending on your position in the operation, the wages can be minimal at entry level but raises are yearly. If you advance into management or IT, you will find the salary can be very good for your region.

Wages are not as competitive as surrounding business, Management can be very challenging, finding talent to fill needed positions is daunting task

There is still big room to improvements in the organization and particularly the Human Resources care. The management is not completely transparent and rarely supporting the teams. Many time spent on politicals rather than focus on the company needs

at first working there was exciting and worth it, we received all the opportunity to advance and learn and move up.
after new management team took over they brought over their "boys" to key positions and everything was going downhill we (the people who had been there since the beginning and knew what to do) had to fix it while their "boys" just chilled was devastating to the morale along with horrible mentor ship and no sense of accountability towards the team members falling short or lacking.
